Black Salt started as a small side project for Fathoms' chefs Fabrice Deletrain and Benjamin Voisin, that blossomed into the sought after catering business it is today. Owners of Fathoms Restaurant and Bar, Timothy and Meredith Hoffman, and Benjamin and Valeria Voisin teamed up with Fathoms' Executive Chef, Fabrice Deletrain, and Fathoms' General Manager, Kathy Stephan to take Black Salt to the next level. Having chefs that have cooked all over the world and have a passion for creating delectable dishes gives Black Salt what it needs to give you the culinary experience you and your guests deserve.
