My wife and I have always been wonderfully impressed by the culinary skills of Chefs Ben Voisin and Fabrice Delatrain whenever we dined at Fathoms Restaurant and The French Press Coffee Shop. So when I had a private birthday party to plan for my wife, Black Salt Culinary was my first choice. It was a great choice.
The two award-winning chefs were totally engaged and presented a sideboard of delicious hors ’doeuvres throughout the evening. The selection and presentation of gastronomic delights satisfied guests of all ages. Compliments about the food came from every table. I didn’t have worry about anything, and was able to enjoy the celebration. Thank you Black Salt.
